The streaming generation has changed the way we consume things. VENN is a new kind of network aimed at gaming, pop culture and esports audiences. Distributed 24/7 across a broad range of media platforms, they offer original, unique programming produced in-house in partnership with some of the biggest names and creators across industries.
We were approached by Possible to continue the work they created in a “phase one” exploration of visual identity. The task was to create a complete brand package, updating the brand while remaining as true to their core vale of inclusivity, relevancy and honesty. A key aspect of their brand identity? Radical Inclusivity.
Since VENN is such a unique brand that aspires to be completely different from anything that’s currently out there, we went for an approach that would convey VENN’s message with a few key elements. The focus here were two very specific things: the 45º degree V logo and the color palette that changes according to each moment of the day. This made for a brand identity that was fun, unique and spoke directly with their equally distinctive audience.
