DJ, producer and songwriter Zedd is “only” one of mainstream music’s biggest artists — and, honestly, one of our favorite clients to work with in the music industry. With hits like “Clarity”, which earned him a Grammy, “The middle”, and “Stay” with Alessia Cara peaking at #7 on Billboard, Zedd has a huge EDM-focused fan base.

What started with a series of posters for his Summer Tour, quickly turned into projects that involved artwork for album covers, swag and much more. Our challenge was to modernize the look and feel of the brand, while staying true to their target audience.

In addition to the creation of these new visuals and hotsites, we participated with tech support in a bigger marketing and communication effort, leading Zedd’s social media presence and music videos to reach an even wider audience. Working closely with Zedd all along the way, which involved our most international meeting (try scheduling a call with 5 different time zones and you’ll see a real challenge), we were able to create a polished, minimal, elegant new aesthetic for the brand.
