Team Trip, 2016

In early December we gathered the whole team together in Buenos Aires, bringing in folks from our offices in Brazil, Paris, Berlin and Los Angeles with the goal to reflect on the year behind us and discuss our plans for the year ahead.

As we typically only get to bond over Google Hangouts and Slack, it was especially great to be with the whole team in person. Our days in Buenos Aires included a lot of work, but also a good amount of play, like volley ball in the pool, ungodly amounts of the local Quilmes beer, and too many midnight milanesas to count.

The daily team talks where we got to have real heart to hearts with each team member reminded us we're building something very special here and we shed the tears to prove it. We're taking all that love in our hearts and minds with us into 2017 and hope you feel it in everything we do!
