Being the client and the creative brings a whole other layer to the process of a rebrand. We knew what the brief was on paper: refresh our brand to represent who we’ve evolved into. And that’s a very versatile studio. The website needed to be a space where all of our work would look good together even though all the projects were totally different from each other. But that was the easy part compared to what this rebrand meant personally. It needed to embody every learning, pitfall and success we’ve had and while keeping true to those values and beliefs we’ve had since day one: to lead happy and meaningful lives, living in the places we chose and fought to make possible, creating work with the gentle approach to excellence that we’re known for.
This rebrand became exactly what it needed to be: a celebration of this new moment in our studio’s journey. We stripped everything back to step out into the world with our redefined sense of self. The new brand and design system is simplified in its nature, mature in its message and timeless in its clarity. It showcases the best of our work and our passion, commitment and dedication to world-class design. And it’s fun! It’s playful and dynamic, you can even toy around with the 3Ds that take centre stage on our website.
